Refund policy

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

– In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from ANNABELLE ROPARS – AC CACHEMIRE, without giving a reason or paying a penalty.
– If you exercise this right within the stated period, only the price of the products purchased will be refunded. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
– Returned products must be complete and in their original condition, including any packaging, accessories and instructions, so that they can be resold as new. Please include a copy of your invoice to help us process your return.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued only after the following steps have been completed:

– You notify us by email of your return, stating the reason, within 15 days of receiving your order.
– ANNABELLE ROPARS – AC CACHEMIRE accepts the return.
– ANNABELLE ROPARS – AC CACHEMIRE receives the returned products.
– The refund will be credited to your bank card or PayPal account no later than 14 working days after we receive the products.
– Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
