Terms and condition

Article 1 – Price:

– Prices are in euros and include all taxes.
– Prices may be changed by ANNABELLE ROPARS – AC CACHEMIRE at any time.
– Prices do not include delivery costs, which are payable by the Customer.
– Prices do not reflect promotional offers and personal discounts.

Article 2 – Order:

– Customers must have full legal capacity to place an order.
– Customers must accept the General Terms of Sale before placing an order.
– Ordering is a seven-step process, including product selection, confirming the shopping basket, specifying product options and quantities, providing delivery information, selecting the delivery method, choosing the payment method, and making the payment.
– An email confirmation is sent to the Customer after the order is placed.

Article 3 – Delivery:

– Delivery areas include Metropolitan France, Corsica, and Monaco.
– Customers must verify the accuracy of delivery information provided.
–  ANNABELLE ROPARS – AC CA cannot be held liable for non-fulfillment due to unforeseeable and insurmountable factors or force majeure.
– Delivery times do not include Sundays or public holidays.
– If an order contains both available and unavailable items, only the available items will be shipped.
– Products are packaged for transport according to current standards.
– Customers should inspect parcels upon delivery and note any issues on the carrier’s delivery note.
– Any delivery delays should be checked with the carrier, and ANNABELLE ROPARS – AC CACHEMIRE should be notified within 3 working days of any issues.
– The Customer must declare a loss within 60 working days, and ANNABELLE ROPARS – AC CACHEMIRE will make claims with the carrier.
– If a parcel is not tracked down within seven working days, the Customer can request reshipment or a reimbursement.

– The affected party must notify the other within ten business days of becoming aware of the circumstances.
– The parties will meet within one month to assess the impact and decide on the contract’s continuation, except in cases of force majeure.

Refund policy

BOTIBOTY’s return policy states the following:

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to return the ordered Products. This period starts from the day after the delivery of the order. Each Product must be returned intact, clean, complete, in its original packaging, including any gift packaging, identification label, or single-use seal.

Return Procedure: You can contact us by phone from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM or by email at, indicating “Return Request + your order reference” in the email subject. We will process your request within 48 hours of receipt and send you a confirmation along with instructions for returning your order.

Inspection of Returned Products: All returned products are inspected. Any incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled product will not be accepted for return and may, at BOTIBOTY’s discretion, be returned at the Customer’s expense or retained.

Refund: Products purchased on the website can only be exchanged on the website, and a credit note will be issued if an exchange is not possible. For more details, you should refer to the General Sales Conditions.

Refund Procedure: If the Customer wishes a refund under the right of withdrawal, they must follow the return procedure explained on the website Once the withdrawal conditions are met, BOTIBOTY will refund the Customer the full amount paid for the returned Products within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code. The refund will be made via the payment method used for the purchase.
